I would say the WFH policy followed closely by my base salary.

I feel that we have created a very safe and open environment when being our true selves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to find the right candidate and helping them through the interview process. When they accept the offer it's the best feeling!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy our team meetings where we get an update on the work we are doing but also a personal update. It's great to get to know our team members more than just work.
