Higher Pay for the amount of work and knowledge thats needed for the job also be up front about what's expected or required. The micromanaging is very overwhelming and irritating give the employees a chance to prove themselves. Most people just feel like a number that can be discouraging

The company needs to pay a living wage, case in point, Panda Express is offering $14.00 hr as a starting wage with people having to earn $23.00 hr. A living wage would allow a person to afford a 1-2 bedroom apartment. And to even get into an apartment a person's income has to 3x the rental cost.

we are expected to go above and beyond and retain the customer and can make $30,000 for the company and only take home $500 as a bonus and thats pretty low its like we are expected to work harder and make the company more money for us to never see a real profit in our own pockets

Its a call center it can be very stressful and overwhelming, plus the cost of living is going up so I don't feel the pay is fair we have alot of things to do and learn so I feel like it should be more like other call centers

We should be able to have TV or music or something going in the background. Things like that are scientifically proven to improve the overall atmosphere of the workplace. Also, there's a ton of ppl with ADHD here, and if it's slow we need some form of mental stimulation outside of reading work docs.

Well according to Management it cannot be improved. We are asked to do miracles with a class of employee that doesn't care. If you cannot provide a higher pay scale it is what it is. Even when Recruiting, Training, and Production do their best.

you can make $3000 on day and stay all day but next day take 5 calls and make no money and are sent home that affects are pay and as a single parents its hard when you dont make 80 hours a week lucky to see 60 hours a pay period and then was told we would get a raise after so long and nothing
