Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I've gained more experience through the time that I've been working in my position so I feel that I deserve a raise, I've been here almost 2 years and I haven't received a compensation for my hard work and excellent attendance.

I do feel as I have stepped into new responsibility and taken on new roles and projects, to be compensated for that new level would be really great. I don't feel like I'm grossly underpaid but I have gotten offers with higher compensation for less responsibility.
