What does the leadership team need to get better at?

This was a great company with the previous team. The past year I have not had a boss for majority of the time. There is not a clear strategy.

This was a really good company. REALLY GOOD. The past year, the executives have really run it to the ground with poor decisions and executions. We are constantly being ask and pressured with endless projects and deadlines. There is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Put actions behind their words. Be transparent. Have truly open and honest communication. Stop responding to critical questions with non-answers. Show that they care about employees by paying competitive wages and giving reasonable raises and COLA pay adjustments.

People that I know and left all have stronger pay that I do now. Just google my job title, most in industry makes more than twice of what I make.

Raises are given to all employees annually. Managers are given a specific percentage that they are responsible for distributing to their staff based on merit. Last year most people received below 2% and wages are already far below industry standards. Leadership is secretive, plays favorites, etc.

Team of dedicated players who just want to learn and be shown how to get them better. I am a blessed manager.

I'm the only female on my team. I don't always feel comfortable speaking up in meetings or with some of the comments being passed around.

My coworkers cannot improve until the leadership improves. It comes from the top, down. So many people are leaving the company and not being replaced. When they are replaced, the work is not redistributed. The people actually doing the work have impossible workloads but are blamed for all problems.

Company needs all new leadership, including down to the level of directors and segment directors. Pay fair wages. Actually be inclusive and diverse. Stop saying things that are never followed by actions. Honesty and integrity are severely lacking. Leadership needs to care about more than just money.
