As a new employee the company provides a good gamma of options for development and growth. As you move up in the company the attention and options interchange with work demands and fewer options to take on meaningful roles. The company values are great but they become blurry the longer you stay.

What I appreciate most is the clarity of their vision and their approachability. In my role handling site visits and GISP compliance, I value how the leadership team sets high standards but provides the necessary support to meet them. They are very transparent about site goals.

Being kind cost nothing, I think people here are just frustrated due to being overworked and under paid.
