I have applied without any prior experience or knowledge but here I am at TP for 7 years now and counting, that just means that TP does not see race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or life status to give someone opportunities.

The teamwork and the willingness to help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We'll if I didn't have any loans, it would be enough, though sometimes, it would be best if the annual increase wouldn't have to follow nay bell curve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always evolving, inclusive, and is always looking for ways to make sure that TP is up to date with the lates technology that leverages our standard operating procedures.
What makes you most happy at work?
I sometimes forget my personal problems when I'm at work and whenever we really need to take some time off, it's not a challenge for us to ask as long as we finished our deliverables.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the inclusiveness but it's ironic sometimes because for example, we accept PWDs however our amenities and facilities are not equipped for them. Another case, is the mixing of genders in comfort rooms, there are part of minorities that aren't allowed to mix with genders, it's ok production floor
