As per my work experienced of 22years they considdr me as starter which makes. Me feel undervalued. At least to compensate my range higher than those beginners.

I feel the CS team should be included in a market wage evaluation similar to the process that was done for Operations. The CS team has not participated and my team's compensation is on the lower end of the ranges. HealthCare for me personally is a pain point. Cost for the benefit mix is too high.

The leaders need to keep theirs promise till the end, and have a consistent speech, unfortunately there are many people that said one thing but at the end do other, and there is no space and support for new things and always you hear this is how this work here.
