What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair treatment to everyone. A higher salary and a benefit that can be use not just being deducted on every payday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel the existence of benefits but I always feel them being deducted on my salary. One thing that would make me feel better for my compensation are reasonable salary to cover enough my needs.
