Lot's of micro managing, not flexible at all even though i've been told it is during interview, manager threatens to fire you.

Easy questions but some lies here and there.

I get to work from home and have supportive coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To avoid high turn overs, maybe compensate better than minimum wage. And don't lie during interview. Less power tripping managers. I work as Sales and Reservations work from home position.
