What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change of pay and hiring from within.

Equipment isnt up to standards and no real communication between company and employees about ANYTHING

What are some of the best things about your team?

The employees who do work work hard but you always have at uhual the old retired guys whom dont orl hard enough.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager does work around our schedule and is good with us in that regard. But no annual pay raise for empliyees and the leadership above him restricts what hes allocated to do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its not competitive in todays works and rheres jo chance for growth wkthin the company because they hire outside managers for little or undervalue pay. Binuses arent spread out as supposed to be.
