If they were actually leading instead of being firemen then it would be great, but that would require actual training in the jobs position they hold.
my team works together fine. it is the rest of upper management in uhaul that can't work with the rest of us. There is minimal to no training for lower management that is geared for success.
Stop forcing employees to be healthy, rework the budget so there are more employees for customers and managers can work the 49 he's they are paid for not the 40 hrs over that uhaul makes them work for free
