I love my work. Our new manager is a total micromanaging tyrant. She is going to cause our most loyal people to leave
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The old guard at U-Haul who have been there forever who are unwilling to change, need to step aside and let people who know how to make change actually make that change otherwise U-Haul's competitors are going to stomp them into the ground. There's a good old boy network that won't go away.
