I didn't say I felt undervalued, I said I wasn't paid enough. Cash is not value

Because new hires with less experience get paid less. Because I am below the lower limit of the UiPath salary range for the job profile I have Fair compensation would make me feel better

Company lives it's culture, it's not simply a set of words on a page. Everyone knows the 4 key values and is able to interpret them to match our personal goals
