My managers are very "human". A better term would be humble and approachable. Usually, with management, there is a "higher than thou" perception and it is just not present here at all. The CEO checks up on his employees every morning, which I enjoy because it's like the captain checking on his crew.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are rock solid. Unifocus has many plans that I can change when I reach a different level in my career. Their health benefits like can be changed at any moment if I want to modify my plan.

Competitive bonuses and benefits based on Market analysis, we are way behind.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team promotes teamwork and utilizing my stronger skills and growing my weaker skills. I am able to lean on my teammates in the event of a roadblock and they do not shame me if I do. Unifocus is a very collaborative workspace.
