Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my compensation is just okay. I say "okay" because I feel like I'm not compensated equally to the wider market, as many people do the same job as me with less responsibility and more pay at other companies.

My team is the reason why I come to work. I actually miss them when I take time away from work and I truly enjoy spending my time with them. They are creative, and we have a diverse set of skills and perspectives on the team. We are comfortable sharing our ideas and opposing views.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing employee resource groups that have budget and executive support. AMAZING office space when I need it!!!

There is no micro-management at Vena. Managers a very understanding of everyone's requests or personal situations, and they trust you. That really helps foster a strong belonging culture and an even stronger team.

I liked that the interview process was split into two sessions with two people on each call. It prevented it from being overwhelming while still allowing Vena and the candidate to learn about each other.
