Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my position in the market is better paid. My benefits have been flat since many years ago. And after two years at least my salary is adjusted due to inflation.

The merit increase is equals to inflation rate, which makes me feel no value of the whole year's contribution of myself. The working was hard and I also studied hard to be more professional. The salary pay only enough to support basic living needs and there's no encourage of self motivation.
