Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it seems as if tenure and gained experience over the years go unnoticed especially when you have new hires who come in and are offered higher competitive market pay. I think regular evaluations of job titles should be analyzed and rated fairly across the board.

Medical benefits are adequate, I would just expect lower deductibles from the parent company.

Somewhat of a diverse group but overall strength in industry knowledge
