What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team has lost touch that we are a medical facility (many facilities) that should be focused on patients. Instead they are focused on money and how much they can make off each person.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
obviously the paycheck is rewarding

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my personal pay is fair, however our benifits are terrible. I never get my vacation when I need it, usually forced to take a couple days at a time instead of a full week each year. Also our insurace almost gaurantees that you'll have to use their facility, making them more money.

We used to be able to send our kids to WFU for almost free, now we have to pay a big part. Our insurance goes up, deductibles go up every year and we are not appreciated

nice people that try to do their best, except a few idiots

There is no sense of team spirit and when we do get together, not everyone shows up.
