i was very happy in my beginning years but at the end before my office was closed i hated every day

I had both a 401k with generous company contribution and a pension paid entirely by them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued, because I consider myself to be a top-notch worker and haven't even been acknowledged for my efforts. I'd feel better about my compensation if I could take sick-leave whenever I fall extremely ill.

very under valued! Maybe if the management treated it's employees like people instead of a metric things would be different!

we are located in a small hub office so have less contact with the big main office

being a small team in a hub office we are close and help each other when needed

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the customer calling into the call center are increasingly more rude and demanding and unhappy and we take the brunt of the negativity
