What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive for the tech industry

Unlimited PTO is a great perk. There are plenty of non-monetary benefits like food, clothes, and additional swag.

Weave is very aggressive with it's complete compensation package. My favorite part is its paternity/maternity benefits, and I don't have kids yet.

Everyone helps everyone and as such we THRIVE as a team.

We have a really open environment that helps us all collaborate. I feel comfortable asking anyone for help whether it is a direct coworker or a director.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People, not Employees is a mantra that is truly lived by everyone. The company shows its employees that they matter and as such they show its customers the same.

Everyone is happy to be here. I feel like I won't be looked down upon if I need to leave early to attend a kid's dance performance or a family get together. There is a great work life balance

Even entry positions meet with vp level or hirer interviewers, shows investment in employees even before they are hired
