What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits need improvement, especially the health insurance, which has different tiers by level and includes copayment for emergency care. The market no longer typically operates this way. In addition, the salary bands are significantly below the market average

I think there is a lack of salary equity among the people on the team. in addition to believing that having different health plans for each grade (worse plans for smaller grades, better plans for higher grades) brings a feeling of segregation (the same happens with annual bonus).

BR Staff pay bands are low, bonus target in ABP/PLR is way below market, especially for leadership positions, lack of clarity in comparison of scopes/complexity for different regions/teams adding up to what I perceive as inconsistent band positioning in comparison to peers. Lack of private pension.

What happens is that in Argentina, things go up daily, so the increase they make must be higher than inflation, so it pays off.
