Review from Design Dept

I have been working in this company for 9 years. I like the environment and the benefits the income is fair. What i don't like is too many changes on a fast pace without a real structure. • I'm 100% remote, never been into the office, but they're not hiring any more remote workers.

  • Highly variable dependent upon your business line. We have many full time work from home employees as well as many who work remote on occasion. I personally work remote one day a week when meetings and activities don't warrant a need for me to be in theboffice.

Asked to the Operations Department at Wells Fargo

  • Ok, they are young so don’t have people experience, but they are very knowledgeable about the job

  • They couldn't lead out of a paper bag. They use negative reinforcement instead of positive reinforcement. Its frustrating when the people with the Title don't know how to lead a team properly, yet the people without a title end up leading their teams.

  • Managers tend to be micro managers. I would rate them a C+. More training for them is needed.
