Review from Design Dept

I have been working in this company for 9 years. I like the environment and the benefits the income is fair. What i don't like is too many changes on a fast pace without a real structure. They change their mind and the systems and tools frequently. It makes it difficult to keep up and be consistent

Q&A With Wells Fargo Employees

Asked to the Sales Department at Wells Fargo

  • Sales managers are great. Typically once you get to the regional managers and above, it’s terrible. Steve Moss is one of the weakest managers I have ever been around.

  • Again, my leadership is great. A lot of Market Managers and branch managers are managing by a report instead of working one on one with their staff.

  • The Leadership is leading the Bank to a new level. But no longer the Company is focus on sales; instead the leadership is concentrated in what is most important our customers satisfaction.

Asked to the Sales Department at Wells Fargo

  • Disgraceful since they gave the tellers s big pay rise so they earn roughly 2.5 dollars less than a banker and dont need to know 2% of what a banker does

  • Great

  • We get quarterly compensation now not based on sales but on outstanding customer service. Wells Fargo actually pays it employees bonus for providing above and beyond customer service. What is important to the customer is important to Wells Fargo.

Asked to the Product Department at Wells Fargo

  • I feel like since monthly bonus went away the team's vibes are down. we have a good team but they are down.

  • No authority to make decisions. Everything is design by committee, and those in power know very little about good usability and web design. If you want an easy job where no one really cares about the product it may be a good fit for you. Pay is below market.
