Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the payment I receive is too low compared with the amount of work I have to do and there isnt a way of discussing salary.

Having the same compensation that my male worker has. We do exactly the same and I have more years of experience however he earns more

They do everything they can to make the environment great including being mindful of career paths, giving ample opportunities to expand skillsets, and supporting their people - and it's gotten better (yay bonus), but people tend to come and stay in spite of the compensation rather than because of it

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been in the workforce for almost 20 years at various companies, and I find the Workday culture to be the best I have worked in by far. The company values shine through in everything we do. The people I interact with every day are kind, incredibly smart, and always willing to pitch in.
