I have experienced a bit more organizational change than I prefer as teams and reporting structures have been adjusted to reflect organizational needs. I would prefer sufficient opportunities to build rapport with my supervisor and team and to gain expertise in my area of responsibility.

Leadership is as transparent as possible and incredibly support of individual initiative. Individuals are given both autonomy and authority to complete their work.

We are all largely remote, yet everyone is motivated and have found ways to regularly communicate and share ideas. There is considerable respect among colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is more transparent than others I have worked with before. They also believe in empowering teams to do work as they best see fit within the goal framework established.
