Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
In 22 years of being in the work force I can honestly say this is my most favorite company and I feel bad for people who don't get to work for an organization just like this. I never want it to end.

What makes you most happy at work?
The team that reports to me and my manager who is total rock star.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth, compassionate, so very smart, amazing leaders, and a lot of fun too!

The connection between my teamates and I as well as the autonomy to run with new ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid vacation and half day Friday's during summer. All very valuable to ensure we have time to recharge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is in this to win together. There is a lot of trust and respect amongst most everyone throughout the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart hard working go-getters with amazing personalities which makes it fun to work with them. Laughter at work is imortant.

We are building a mature Marketing organization together, learning from the past, positive about ther future and most of all, patient as we overcome challenges as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can be real with each of them. They are all very peronable, kind, and supportive. It makes coming to work feel more like I'm spending the day with my friends.

The culture is wonderful because most of the people are wonderful humans and the company really cares about our employee experience. They take great care of us and have a family first mentality which means a lot.
