The people are the most genuine and caring people I have had the pleasure to work with, and that makes everything 10x better.

Again, its the interactions with the people who I consider to be some of the most intelligent and genuine folks to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team maintains broader vision and avoids becoming too focused and blinded. There is communication to the broader organization to keep everybody on the same page.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is reliable, straightforward, and highly communicative. Because there are so many facets of our work that we all flex to accommodate, each person on my team has become highly responsive and supportive in all areas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part of it may be due to the timing of COVID and difficulties for the business overall, but after signing large clients and rebounding our business, we still haven't seen substantial raises. I do appreciate getting the money back that we cut from our paychecks, but the company is still more capable
