everyone is motivated to do their best and deliver great service to the customers, everyone willingly collaborates and shares knowledge

I feel valued as an employee and enjoy the emphasis leadership puts on promoting work life balance and a culture accepting of diversity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited PTO so I can accomplish personal/family needs and refresh without worrying about how much time I have left, working from home is also at the top
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Training is extremely thorough so I felt very prepared to take on my responsibilities. My coworkers are always willing to mentor and jump in when help is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
being intellectually challenged but not overwhelmed, having resources for learning and improving skills and knowledge, having the flexibility to work from home and care for my family when necessary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am treated like a person with value to contribute and not just a number. Work life balance is actually emphasized by leadership and not just paid lip service to.
