I enjoy the "Unlimited PTO" policy and am greatful that I work in a department that enables me to use it as necessary.

My team has been around forever and we all get along very well. We have varying backgrounds and experiences that combine into an effective team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company leadership appears to be desperate to get new policies and practices in place, often without consulting the stakeholder employees that would be directly impacted. My direct leadership is outstanding and always asks for input on policies and practices before implementing them.
