I've been with the company less then a year but I really love this company. Seems like it's going through lots of changes and that can be challenging but we will make it through.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This is a fantastic company to work for, with a caring culture. I feel that this is the best job I've ever had and not just monetarily. The work life balance is fantastic and the PTO policy allows me to not worry about burning out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing meaningful work and being able to expand my skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel very well compensated via my salary and appreciate the monthly internet and phone stipend.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think this company cares because of our company updates, DEI meetings, and many chat rooms.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership is new, because of the reorganization, but I feel they are good at listening and updating me with my concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is fantastic and robust. Even though my environment is almost solely remote I feel connected to so many people here.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm treated as an adult and not over micromanaged or monitored. Also the many interesting people I interact with on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Both my project teams and pod are great people for the most part. I feel comfortable reaching out to people if I need help with anything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders genuinely care about their employees. Even though this is my first consulting role in a fully remote environment, I feel more connected and invested then in any previous company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I worked in the casino industry before which paid have of my current salary. I liked that I had a bonus for 2021 and am concerned that the 2022 bonus hasn't been shared yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think "team" at this company means more then just the pod I'm connected to. Here the "team" feels like everyone in the company and I've almost always had positive interactions when reaching out to anyone in other departments.
