Engaging with my co-workers, both within my department and with those that I engage with most often.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With COVID the job market has become much more competitive, under the "Great Resignation" or "Reshuffling". As such team members hired as my peers are paid at the current market rate while I am compensated at a rate which was fair and competitive pre-COVID.
