To date it has been a fantastic experience. It's a company that is big enough to be taken seriously but not so big that it becomes impersonal and slow moving. A company in growth with clear goals is a good place to be.

It's been a great journey. I've personally learned a huge amount of transferable skills and had the opportunity to pass much of that on to others. It's still exciting, there are still goals to achieve. I've met some fantastic people and expanded my network considerably. WFS is a great place to be.

Very transparent. Not afraid to make the tough decisions but clear to the business on why those decisions are being made. Totally supportive to any level and extremely customer focused.

The WFM space is complex and competitive, the challenge we have is daunting. We take it very seriously but not at the expense of having a good time along the way. There are fantastic people working at this company and we have a lot of fun, but we genuinely believe in our company goals.
