What makes you most happy at work?
I always enjoy what I have been doing for WFS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a phenomenal relationship with the managers, Directors, Leaders and our C-Level executives. Every single one has always treated me with respect and encouragement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy getting together with my team-mates. Covid-19 had not allowed us to see everyone in person but enjoy the 1:1 with my VP and love the team meetings. Laughing and enjoying is always encouraged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I feel my base salary is below the industry average the total compensation package between, base, bonus, commissions, medical and life combined is a total win for me. Yes, I am in sales so commissions make up a good portion of my total compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I come from another organization where I was treated as just another number. Coming to WFS was the best move I ever made in my career. I've been here for about 10 years and my goal is to stay here until I can retire. Great community, Great Culture. The company cares about not just me but all.
