We have a very cohesive team, everyone is on the same page and is rowing in the same direction and we have NO JERKS! :)

There are almost no politics. We are all in it together and not selfish. We put our customers first and have each others' backs.

We know how to work hard and to have fun together. We communicate and when someone makes a mistake it's not held over their head forever. We enable each other to bring our best every day.

Our executive team has become one of the great strengths of the organization. It took a few years to get the right people in place, but now we are in better shape than 99% of companies like ours
