
Support (in getting the job done, stepping in to help, knowledge sharing etc) and friendliness.
Although I do not interact with them much, their goals seem clear, they appear passionate and easily approachable.
The gym membership discount. I'd like to see more of that, (if possible) as it encourages healthy behaviors.
Learning new things and thinking through problems. If I don't exercise the brain and apply things, I fear I'll get bored. Also, the people/ atmosphere.
There's no micromanaging. You're treated as an adult & expected to behave like one. As long as you get your work done and the output is high quality + within the time frame, it's all good. This creates a culture of ease, friendliness and a willingness to help everyone get things done, and done well.
