Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is very partner focused, but yet we pay much lower than our partners pay, for the same job and effort.

My team is truly a team. Everyone is willing to step in and help each other and to do their part to make the team successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are a growing company, but still private. This allows us to still be human beings on the job and have a good work/ home life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job requirements versus actual work are not evaluated for exactly what they are. This means the level of work required, not workload, is not compensated as fairly. Working hard is never an issue, having compensation equal to the tasks we are actually doing, not what the job title assumes is done.
