As a newer team member, everyone has been amazingly helpful and willing to assist while still allowing team members to find their way. You won't find a lot of bureaucracy or red tape but a lot of people wanting to solve complex problems effectively and creatively.

Amazing amount of collaboration and innovation. The team is never rattled by having to learn new technologies and implementing new concepts for the first time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to try new ideas and experiment to see what works and fail fast on what doesn't. There is no one answer to solve any problem, but Workforce affords teams the ability to figure out what works best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new technologies and skills, interacting with amazing team members who are all in it together to solve very complex issues. Leaders give a level of trust that allows us to find the best way of handling situations without judgement but still provide clear feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ability to be vulnerable. I've dealt with many leadership teams who focused on fighting the perception versus reality. This group is ok saying we don't have all the answers but we'll figure it out together and try things that will help fix the issues.
