The overall work environment Is good but there appears to be a lot of underlying us vs them culture that was developed as part of the software split. There seems to be a lack of personal feedback from US-based manager which does not allow you to grow as an induvidual.

Interactions within the team are engaging Open and Honest with approach
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Prevent the US/UK divide. There still seems to be a very us and them culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling engaged and that I'm challenging myself. Having the support around me to carry out my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open about the approach, and what is going on within the company. This allows us to made educated decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of personal feedback from my manager, every 1-1 is more about what work can we do rather than how I can improve. No clear career plan. Salary is misaligned with the rest of the market around the area.
