I like the diversity of ages, backgrounds (and everything else), because I think it makes us stronger.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Someone is always willing to help with a tricky problem, everyone is super smart and brings a variety of experiences, skills and perspectives to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager cares about me as a person and fosters my professional and personal growth. The leadership team overall seems to be enthusiastic and invested in our products.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay plus bonuses, 401(k) match, generous time off (although I was happier at the 6-week level of time off I was at before - I didn't have to fight as hard to take time off, even when I provide several months' advance notice).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having all the benefits of health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, life insurance. I also really like the 401(k) matching. I've been with the company a long time, so at first I was kind of upset because I'd recently made it to 6 weeks of PTO. I'm over it now.
