I believe the company as a whole cares about its employees - I think the EMEA region feels somewhat neglected and this needs addressing. I am confident from more recent meetings that this is being looked at and will be addressed in the next year or so.

Much needed updates to existing product rather than the current heavy focus on new product, which will only benefit new customers going forward and some select few, rather than those who have stuck with workforce for sometime and deserve better.
