The company has had significant growth over the years.. The work environment is relaxed and provides opportunities for a good work/life balance. Salaries seem to be low end market and increases seem to be tied directly to profit generation and not necessarily individual role success or achievement.

Current compensation is not in range with with comparable roles as published by industry-recognized standards organizations.

Successfully completing projects and then being able to see the positive contributions they make towards the company's success.

Every employee is empowered to be an expert at their role. As long as goals are met and there is active communication between employees and managers there is very little micromanaging.

It is truly a team dynamic and members of the team support one another and are always willing to lend a hand in support of achieving team goals. Honest and open communication with little to no "politics" in play.
