So far it's been a great ride. The day to day challenge of learning the business, the software, and the ins and outs of the company keeps me motivated and striving to learn more every day. The environment is really something I enjoy coming into and trying to succeed with my team.

I think Unlimited PTO is an added flexibility to the work/life balance everyone strives for.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am extremely challenged in my role so getting to learn something new every single day is awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are caring. If they see you are down, they pick you up, they help you with things outside of the workplace. Everyone has each other's backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone remains calm. Dealing with customer's and deadlines can create a lot of stress which can lead to negativity, yet everyone here knows what needs to be done and remains calm. As a newer employee this is extremely helpful to see.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my short time here, I've been treated as a human being and not a number on a spreadsheet. It's a positive environment to come into work every day, especially knowing my leadership wants me to succeed individually but also together as apart of the team.
