Really good experience, the work is challenging, but the people make it great. Customers vary wildly which makes each day a new challenge. Growth and change can be hard to keep up with.
Solid experience, glad to be part of the company, let's break down the silos and get people collaborating on the issues impacting our customers. Truly make the customer come first!
A lot of transparent communication, forward looking
Positive energy, flat organization, very smart
Interview to offer was very quick
Friendly and helpful, willing to dive in when called upon
Clear and consistent messaging around the high level company goals and mission
There are a lot of ways to make an impact every day
Transparent, consistent with messages and goals, focused on improvement, not just current state.
The ability to make meaningful impact every day. I know my work matters.
Seeing team members thrive and grow, solving customers problems, helping sell a great new customer
We support each other and work to keep the customer at the center of everything we do
Overall compensation is good, healthcare (especially for such a small company) is very solid with flexible packages based on your needs.
While WFS did a lot early in the pandemic to retain employees, we don't seem to be keeping up with the economic changes. Raise pool was low considering lack of raises last year and retention issues.
People are smart and want to help, but are constrained by beauocracy and mixed messages on priorities. People are understanding that we all have too much on our plates and work to find ways around them or changes to accommodate
Everyone pitches in to help each other. There aren't a lot of politics. People want to do the right thing and strive to do their best and help. Customers come first and it's always an easy answer to make them the priority.
I can stand behind the value our products bring and know that every day I'm able to make a difference to our team and our customers. We have a great team who collaborates and are willing to jump in and take action when needed.
For a company of our size, our healthcare benefits are quite good. Salaries are fair and the company has a great attitude towards families, and balance. While everyone has times where they need to work extra hard, it is fair and appropriate to the level and pay.
When people have personal items that come up, it's always OK to put family, health and well being first. While we have high expectations of each other, we also know that we are providers, parents, caregivers, etc. and when those duties call, we expect our colleagues to answer them.
