Overall i think this is a good place to work, but there can be stretches where you can feel very undervalued or that your work isn't appreciated. Sometimes you can go awhile without being recognized.

Comparing myself to the industry, I feel I'm currently under the low end.

I feel more transparency about pay scale for positions would remove the feeling about people being over/underpaid. Also it feels like WFS tries to push out the date of your raise as much as possible
