It's an exciting time at WFS. The expansion over the last two years has been unimaginable. With that growth many teams within WFS have been forced to work longer hours and take on a much larger workload. People are now leaving from the burnout. We must retain employees or we will lose clients.
This company is filled with dedicated hard workers.
When I can resolve an issue for a customer quickly and efficiently.
Everyone is incredibly dedicated and helpful despite the workload that they are handling.
Proper compensation and hire employees to match the increase in clients we've taken on.
Higher 401k match and increased salaries. We don't have many public holidays compared to other companies as well.
I think the hard working attitude that everyone brings is great. People are generally helpful when you ask questions.
Everyone works very hard. People are busy but will still find ways to help you when you are in need. If someone doesn't know the answer to something they will direct you to the person that does.
The support/cloud/interfaces team has taken on nearly 2 times the workload since the pandemic and has not been compensated proportionally. These teams need to be compensated proportional to the amount of work that they've taken on or they will leave the company.
Paying employees competitively for the amount of work they have had to take on during the last year and a half. Our company has grown substantially over that period while specific departments have not grown proportionally leading to many employees taking on significant extra work.
We are a company that has a lot of in house tools that have a significant learning curve. I've seen several employees leave that were immensely valuable to the company and come to find out they took a salary 50,000+ higher. We must retain these employees. We need to be given proper raises.
