The work / life balance is great and the flexibility this affords me with a young family is fantastic. The people are great and the new products that are being created are fantastic also. I am currently bored in my role and need a change...soon.

I am bored in my current role to be honest, which is not a great place to be in.

Good work ethic, fun to be around, passionate about what they do. Good group of decent, hardworking, intelligent people.

The culture is something we have worked very hard to create over the years, and it is something we are proud of
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognition. Motivation of employees / managers should not be just by using the stick, there needs to be some carrot too. Some concentration on trying to prevent churn would also be good
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment, is that everyone is striving to provide work/life balance for each other. There is give and take which means that most are left satisfied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been approached by recruiters, offering jobs in my area, for substantially more money. I enjoy working with the people and teams that I do, which is the reason I am staying for now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to my role in other companies, I am not paid anywhere near the country average, which is disappointing. A number of the my team are paid the same and sometimes more than me. To feel better, I would like to be paid a fair (country average) salary.
