Overall I think this is a great place to work. I would happily recommend applying here to anyone I know. I would let them know that things can feel overwhelming as the company is taking on big challenges. It is good that the company is doing it, but can be stressful for the individual.

The camaraderie, positive attitude, and helpfulness of the individual employees here is awesome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the general feeling that we are all in this together. We don't feel segmented by department or job role.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to take something I am working on to completion and feeling like I was given a chance to do it properly. The one problem is that I sometimes feel too rushed and pulled in too many directions so I can't give my current task the attention it deserves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a developer it means a lot to me that development, product management, and sales are working together so openly. I feel appreciated by the other parts of the company that we in development really are trying to partner with them to together to deliver something the company can be proud of.
