This company has had many challenges for many years and has risen to the occasion each time. It's fun to be a part of a company on the rise to take over the top spot in the industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Always fair and balanced. Available options are great.

Really all of it, the medical options are fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on diversity and inclusion. We take part in many community benefit activities which is fantastic!

Some strong leaders are leading by example and most generally care about their employees growth, and work life balance.

Everyone is open to talk to and is happy to share information to guide and assist. Friendly. Genuine care.

Most are 'in it to win it' and will do whatever it takes to help us win as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is working towards the same company goal. Messaging and awareness of goals are well communicated and expectations are set and measured accordingly.

Working with other departments; if I were an individual contributor I would not be as happy. I love interacting with others within the company.

Good programs to help groups outside of the company. Still have a bit of that "small company" feel, but this could also be a negative at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm recognized and empowered with tasks beyond that of just "normal" work. When my ideas are accepted and implemented as opposed to just being a voice in the crowd and unheard. Most leadership has empowered us employees to do whatever it takes to get the job done and it's okay to take chances
