The company has done a great jump keeping medical benefits costs steady. I also like that vision coverage is included.

We encourage the best in each other but also offer a safe place to ask questions and work through difficult tasks

The eadership team promotes transparency. We (the rank and file) are well informed about company financials and our collective progress toward company goals.

The leadership team trusts employees to do their best, giving us much-needed flexibility in our day-to-day work schedules and priorities, allowing us unlimited PTO, and repeatedly assuring us through words and actions that each of us is the "CEO of our role."
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is challenging, but for the most part, I can focus on the task at hand without being worried about "extra" stressors, like office politics or unsupportive management. My team is strong & we work extremely well together. There is great satisfaction in solving complex problems.

We are empowered as individuals whose knowledge, judgments and decisions are respected. We are valued as subject matter experts within our roles.
