I think you have enormous potential but you are so reactive rather than proactive. We should not have situations where one person is the key to providing a solution to a critical issue. Why do you not have multi tasking in this place. I love my job but that's because I have an amazing boss

When I have an empty queue because that means my customers have been assisted and are happy

We care about our Customers and our Roles and look out for each other. We also laugh a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need at least a $10k pay rise to bring us up to speed with other companies and I think it's atrocious that there is an unwritten rule that we are not entitled to a pay rise unless we are here for 12 months as it certainly isn't stipulated in my contract
